On January 1st, 2008, Ozzie and Alisa Godoy, Eugene and Carmen Godoy, and Joel and Sheila Levy became the new owners and operators of Chapel Hill’s hottest destination, Town Hall Grill, located in Southern Village’s Neighborhood Place through SBQM, LLC.
With an extensive background in restaurant management, the new ownership quickly transformed the existing establishment into an eclectic bar and grill that took its atmosphere and dining experience to new heights.
Adding a brand new and savory menu with selections for every palate, state-of-the-art wide screen televisions, a wide variety of beer on tap, an extensive liquor inventory, and first rate, friendly, wait staff have contributed to Town Hall Grill becoming a favorite stop for Chapel Hill residents and out of town visitors.
