How we became Chapel Hill's most community-focused restaurant
From the day we opened our doors in 2005, it's been our goal to serve fresh, delicious food in a warm, inviting, neighborhood-focused atmosphere. But, our team has never been content to stop there. We want to connect with people on a deeper level, especially here in our local community. We start by filling our team with active, kindhearted neighborhood residents who already have their own passion for the community. Then, we nurture that passion by providing an outlet for giving back—whether it's raising money or getting involved directly.
The team at Town Hall Grill has completed IDD inclusivity training and is proud to be recognized as a certified IDD-inclusive employer. Through this training, our staff learned how to better support and work alongside individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), helping create a welcoming and supportive workplace. We are committed to offering meaningful employment opportunities to local individuals with IDD and fostering an environment where everyone can contribute, grow, and feel valued.
